I am Alice Matterface. I have been running a Tigerlily franchise for 9 years now. I have 24 years of experience in childcare. I studied childcare at Princess Christian college and when I had completed my NNEB I continued to work in London as a nanny. Occasionally, I would also take work in some day nurseries. Once I had my son, I decided to venture into the world of recruitment and I have been with Tigerlily Childcare ever since.

We place all types of early years roles in day nurseries and independent schools. We assist families in finding the right household staff, such as daily nannies, live-in nannies, and housekeepers. We also help them find before and after school nannies, maternity nurses, and mother's helpers. The areas we cover for our nanny desk include London, Surrey, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.

At Tigerlily Childcare, we closely collaborate with you to find the perfect nanny, childcarer, or maternity nurse for your family. Assisting with creating your own personal job listing, promoting your role to our network of qualified childcarers, conducting interviews, extending job offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. All of the candidates we will send you have had their background checks; we follow the safer recruitment guidelines. We make sure their CV is up-to-date and complete. We check that candidate qualifications are correct and relevant. We verify their references. We confirm they have a DBS and first aid certificate.
